Towneley from A to Z
Liam Spencer was born in Burnley in 1964 and trained at Manchester School of Art. A touring exhibition of his work, Windows on the City was organised by Towneley in 1996 and four works were added to the collection.
His colourful views of central Manchester have been exhibited, collected and commissioned internationally. Urban Panoramas, an exhibition of his work, was selected for the opening of the Lowry Centre in Salford in April 2000.
