Cliviger ware is lead-glazed earthenware pottery, decorated with coloured slip (liquid clay) , made in near-by Cliviger.
The ceramics collection includes around 14 examples, including teapots and vases, recognisable from their brownish red colour. The documents collection includes a bound manuscript, "The Cliviger Potteries" by Shirley A Aucock.
